Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, please use the KUPA Ready Returns site https://kupaincreturns.readyreturns.com. Contact us with any issues you experience submitting your online return. We will respond quickly with answer such as outside of the return window or was not purchased directly from KUPA. You will receive an email when submitting your online return with the KUPA Return/ Exchange form with RMA# to include in the box you are shipping back to us. Keep a copy for your records. KUPA will not accept used products for return or exchange unless there is a manufactured defect with the item in question.
Items that may be covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty are required for the customer to purchase the Flat Rate Repair Service and mail to KUPA Inc Repair Department in a properly packaged box for evaluation. If deemed warranty this Flat Rate Service will be refunded when repair is completed. Follow the KUPA Repair Service here: https://kupainc.com/collections/nav-repair-service. If you have specific questions regarding a Manufacturer warranty time period, extended warranties or what is covered and not please reach out to us at email@example.com. The sooner you mail your machine in for evaluation the quicker we can diagnose it. You will receive an estimate to your email if your machine does not qualify for warranty. No machine will be serviced out of warranty without payment from customer prior to work being done.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world with UPS services. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some International destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes from your country of import and KUPA can not estimate these charges. Any orders of a $100 or more will require a signature at delivery with UPS services. When placing your order it will take 2-3 business days to fulfill your orders for shipping, International orders may vary. We will then ship per the shipping method you choose at checkout. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, Monday would be the first day we could fulfill your order for shipping. We are closed on all major US Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please be aware if you are purchasing a "pre-order" item, ship dates are estimated and may ship sooner if we receive the product sooner. However, they may ship later if any shipment is delayed to us, be aware of the estimated ship date. We will ship according to the shipping method you choose at checkout once products are ready to ship.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note Kupa is not responsible for duties and taxes charged on International shipments, we also can not quote these charges for you.
If you experience issues trying to use an active Promo Code please reach out to us immediately. Most times the promo code is all CAPS LOCK and all one word. If you continue to place your order we can offer a E-Gift Card for the difference if you order did in-deed qualify for this, NO REFUNDS to be given!
